👋 About me:
Difficult conversations are part of everyday life but few learn how to remain confident and foster connection.
I’m Rebecca Seyboth – certified empathy coach, mediator and former manager with 20 years’ experience in the tech industry (including IBM, Oracle, Microsoft).
As a leader, I’ve experienced what happens when trust and connection are lost because conflicts are avoided. But also how real change can happen: Empathy, combined with clarity and integrity, has a powerful impact – especially when things get tough.
My approach: Empathy as the key to personal growth and team culture. With every constructively resolved conflict, both the leader and the team’s trust and motivation grow.
