NVC Seminars
Speak more clearly. Understand more deeply. Create genuine connection.
In this two-day introductory course, you will immerse yourself step by step in the principles and practice of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) according to Marshall Rosenberg. You will learn to look beneath the surface, to perceive your needs and those of your counterpart more clearly – and thus to create genuine connection for conscious and authentic communication.

Do you know that feeling...?
Conversations go round in circles.
Conflicts wear you down – sometimes even long after the conversation has ended.
You talk – but your point doesn't really get across.
Instead of clarity, misunderstanding, drama or withdrawal arise.
And you ask yourself: ‘Couldn't that have gone differently ...?’
Would you like more understanding, connection and ease in your interactions – both privately and professionally?
Seminar Goals
-
Understanding and applying the four-step model of NVC: Observe · Feel · Recognise needs · Formulate requests

Self-empathy & empathy: Deepening your connection to yourself and others
-
Emotional clarity: Better understanding and classifying feelings
